Privacy Policy

How the Timewright Studios website handles information at its current stage.

Last updated August 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies only to the public Timewright Studios website at timewrightstudios.com. It does not govern Bright Minutes or other Timewright products or services. Product-specific privacy notices will be provided before a product collects information or otherwise requires separate terms.

What this website does not currently do

The Timewright Studios website currently has no user accounts, advertising, behavioral tracking, newsletter, payment system, or contact form. Timewright Studios does not intentionally use this website to build advertising profiles, and it does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Technical information

Like most websites, the hosting, delivery, and security services supporting this site may process basic technical information when a page is requested. That information may include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, and diagnostic or security events.

This information is used to deliver the site, maintain availability, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and protect the website and its visitors. Timewright Studios does not currently use behavioral analytics on this website.

Cookies and similar technologies

Timewright Studios does not currently place nonessential advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies on this website. Hosting or security providers may use limited technical storage or essential cookies when necessary to operate, secure, or deliver the site.

When you contact the studio

If you contact Timewright Studios by email, the studio will receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, and any attachments. That information will be used to respond, maintain appropriate business records, protect the studio's rights and systems, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosures

Timewright Studios may rely on hosting, infrastructure, email, security, and other service providers that process limited information on the studio's behalf. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or support a business reorganization or transfer.

Retention and security

Technical logs are retained according to operational needs and the practices of the relevant hosting or security provider. Email correspondence and business records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were received, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and ordinary company recordkeeping.

Timewright Studios uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information it maintains. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's privacy

This studio website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Bright Minutes is a child-focused project in active development and will have a separate privacy policy and product-specific safeguards before public release.

External links

This website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated when the website's actual practices change, including if Timewright Studios adds analytics, embedded media, a mailing list, a contact form, user accounts, commerce, or other data-collecting features. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
